Located in the heart of downtown San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter, Vela Apartment Homes is a contemporary multifamily residential building designed around the energy and density of urban living. The project offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences supported by lifestyle amenities and ground-floor retail, placing residents directly within one of the city’s most active cultural districts.
